We are seeking an energetic individual to join our team to provide assistance to our federal clients. This position provides human capital management support for large, complex organizations undergoing organizational change. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in government consulting on the ground floor! This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute the administrative onboarding, including coordination with GSA Human Resources (HR), Security, and Information Technology (IT), of a wide range of new operations employees
  • Utilize and maintain a tracker for employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding
  • Maintain, schedule, and assist in presenting a suite of standard onboarding trainings to new employees and their ambassadors
  • Collaborate with client and onboarding team to design, execute, and maintain customized onboarding and ambassador programs for new employees
  • Utilize Google Workspace to build and maintain onboarding program resources, monitoring organizational communications for new tools, information, and points of contact relevant to program stakeholders
  • Implement industry best practices and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the onboarding-related programs and their components
  • Maintain employee records related to program completion and learning credits
  • Resolve employee and supervisor questions related to onboarding and related programs
  • Create and quality review personnel reports on a quarterly and ad hoc basis
  • Provide general support to the client including, but not limited to, analysis, data calls, risk management, and project management-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
  • Clearable (able to pass both a criminal background check and credit check).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong ability to manage time and organize priorities within deadlines.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in program and/or curriculum development and administration

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels. At Hive Group, salary decisions are influenced by several factors, including but not limited to the role, location, and the combination of education, training, skills, certifications, competencies, and relevant work experience.
