Position Title: Materiel Manager
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Materiel Manager oversees inventory management, distribution, and accountability of government-furnished and contractor-acquired equipment. The role supports logistics tracking, documentation, and coordination with field teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain visibility and accountability of equipment and material assets.
  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, storage, and issue of program equipment.
  • Update and track inventory in DPAS or equivalent property systems.
  • Support configuration and logistics data integration for readiness reporting.
  • Prepare logistics reports and track supply chain performance metrics.
  • Interface with warehouse, transportation, and operational support personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
  • 5–7 years of logistics or materiel management experience.
  • Familiarity with DoD property accountability and logistics systems (e.g., DPAS).
  • Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
