Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Testing & Evaluation Specialist supports the planning, coordination, and execution of developmental and operational testing for software and hardware systems. This role ensures data-driven assessments to support system readiness and acquisition decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test plans, procedures, and reports in support of system testing.
  • Coordinate test events with internal teams and external test organizations (e.g., ATEC).
  • Support execution of developmental testing and operational assessments.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to evaluate system performance.
  • Ensure test documentation aligns with TEMP and DoD requirements.
  • Participate in Test Readiness Reviews and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or technical discipline.
  • 5–7 years of experience in test planning and execution for defense systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD test and evaluation frameworks (e.g., JCIDS, TEMP).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
