Position Title: Junior System Administrator
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Junior System Administrator provides technical support for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems in a classified environment, assisting senior staff with operations and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support system installation, upgrades, and patching.
  • Monitor system performance and respond to hardware/software issues.
  • Assist with account management, backups, and system security audits.
  • Document configuration changes and system activities.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on compliance and system hardening.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of system administration or IT support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux system administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
