Hive Group is seeking a Communications Project Manager– Stakeholder Engagement to support the Stakeholder Engagement Branch within a federal health agency. This role is responsible for planning and executing internal and external communications, stakeholder outreach campaigns, event management, and engagement strategies that align with IT and modernization goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of strategic communications and change management initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and execute high-visibility events, conferences, and All Hands meetings.
  • Oversee production of engagement deliverables such as newsletters, SMART books, QUAD charts, bios, stakeholder catalogs, and annual reports.
  • Develop content for tear lines, leadership messaging, and marketing materials.
  • Support leadership with talking points, executive briefings, and liaison coordination.
  • Collaborate with PMOs and branches on internal comms, transition messaging, and brand awareness.
  • Manage content and updates for internal SharePoint and web platforms.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of consulting or stakeholder engagement experience in federal/DoD programs.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite a plus).
  • Experience with DoD-level messaging highly desired.
