Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Software Engineer (Journeyman) supports the design, development, testing, and maintenance of mission-critical software applications, ensuring compliance with security and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, debug, and maintain software applications in support of program objectives.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles and code reviews.
  • Write scripts and automation tools to support system integration.
  • Support software documentation and version control using Git.
  • Collaborate with engineers and analysts to meet functional requirements.
  • Ensure security hardening and RMF compliance of applications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++, and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD software development standards.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
