Acquisition Support Specialist

We are seeking a Acquisition Support Specialist as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work in support of TSA-ESVP. Candidates are encouraged to submit their information and resumes highlighting their relevant experience.
Position Description
- Assist with developing Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), Performance Work Statements (PWS), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP).
- Support development of acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Baselines, risk matrices, and market research materials.
- Track and report on contract actions such as awards, modifications, options, and administrative changes.
- Maintain acquisition documentation and provide data for contract reporting requirements.
- Applies contracting laws, regulations, principles, and procedures to assist in the planning and completion of contracting and procurement activities.
- Review Purchase Requisition Packages provided by the program office (Acquisition Plans, Statement of Works/Requirement Statements, Independent Government Cost estimates, Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, etc. as required by DHS, TSA and C&P); Prepare and issue solicitation documents.
- Prepare award and modification documentation.
- Assist the program office in contract administration as needed.
- Utilize contract writing system (Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), filing system (iShare), Acquisition Planning Forecast System (APFS), Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), and System for Award Management (SAM).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience with 5+ years experience providing acquisition related support to include: applying contracting laws, regulations, principles, and procedures to assist in the planning and completion of contracting and procurement activities.
- Bachelors Degree Required
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $99,000 - $105,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This range reflects a good faith estimate for all experience levels.
