Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Knowledge Manager (Journeyman) is responsible for curating and optimizing knowledge sharing systems, processes, and tools that support mission continuity, collaboration, and decision-making in a classified environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, repositories, and standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure knowledge capture and retention during operations.
  • Manage content lifecycle, metadata, and tagging structures for optimal retrieval.
  • Support migration and integration of content across systems and platforms.
  • Train users on KM tools and enforce taxonomy best practices.
  • Ensure KM systems are compliant with DoD data and security policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in KM or content management roles.
  • Experience with SharePoint, Confluence, or other KM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
