Senior Master Scheduler
Position Summary

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated, highly skilled and strategic Senior Master Scheduler to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TACS) located at Redstone Arsenal, AL. In this critical role you will lead the development, maintenance, and management of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for high-visibility ACAT I/II programs in compliance with DoD acquisition regulations. You will drive full-lifecycle project timelines through complex acquisition and contract award cycles while executing advanced "what-if" programmatic analyses and resource conflict resolutions. As a key advisor, you will deliver vital schedule inputs for executive boards—including ESIS, SSP, ASP, and ASB sessions—while bridging the gap between technical data and leadership through tools like MS Project, Project Server, Milestones Professional, and OnePager Pro.

Work Location: This position is performed on-site at Redstone Arsenal, AL. Regular on-site attendance is required to support customer and contract requirements. Telework may be available based on contract requirements and customer approval."
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and project timelines for ACAT I/II programs, ensuring compliance with DoD acquisition regulations.
- Develop custom schedules based on programmatic excursions and hypothetical scenarios.
- Provide schedule inputs for Acquisition Plans, ESIS, SSP, ASP, and ASB sessions.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products through full acquisition and contract award cycles.
- Identify schedule overlaps and resource constraints to resolve project bottlenecks.
- Collect and update deliverables and dependencies for Acquisition and Source Selection schedules.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive program timelines and POAMs.
- Drive the execution of program plans, schedules, and official approval processes.
- Utilize MS Project, Project Server, SharePoint, Milestones Professional, and OnePager Pro.
- Export complex schedules into easily understood MS Office and custom Program Office formats.
- Engage actively in program reviews, technical meetings, and alignment conferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience as a scheduler overseeing an ACAT I/II program.
- Experience with MS Project, SharePoint and schedule reporting tools (i.e. Milestones Professional, One Pager Pro)
- ACTIVE Secret Clearance Required
Preferred Qualifications
- DAWIA Level III certification (or equivalent) in Program Management
- Top Secret Clearance
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated compensation range for this position is between $130,200 - $143,900 annually. Actual salary is determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s specialized skills, certifications, and years of experience.
