Position Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Hanover, MD
Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Senior Software Engineer leads the development and implementation of secure, scalable, and maintainable software systems supporting national defense missions. This role drives architecture, performance optimization, and compliance with cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design and architecture of software solutions across classified systems.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance applications using secure coding practices.
  • Integrate software with existing infrastructure, databases, and middleware.
  • Conduct peer reviews, testing, and validation of code for mission-critical reliability.
  • Ensure software solutions meet RMF and cybersecurity standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and support Agile team planning.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience including secure/classified systems.
  • Expertise in object-oriented programming and distributed systems design.
  • Proficiency with modern development stacks and DevSecOps tools.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
