Position Overview:

Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.

The Liaison Officer (Senior) represents the program in San Antonio, TX and coordinates outsourcing, contractor interface, and cross-site operational engagement. This role ensures smooth communications and support integration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as senior program representative at the San Antonio site.
  • Coordinate between government and contractor teams to ensure alignment on tasks.
  • Facilitate communication across geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Identify local risks, requirements, and operational constraints.
  • Support task execution tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership on liaison activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in liaison, program coordination, or interagency operations.
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of outsourcing frameworks and contract execution support.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
